Cleanse and Reset: Full Moon Women’s Circle
Join Hannah for an evening of connection and community, as we cleanse and reset our intentions in the light of the full moon.
If you’re feeling busy and tired, or simply need some time and space to reconnect, then join us for this heart-opening and supportive circle.
You’ll have the opportunity to reflect on, and cleanse, the habits and patterns that are affecting your self-care, as well as be supported to reset your intentions for the future.
Hannah will guide you through a short slow flow to release stagnant energy, followed by a deeply restorative meditation, a powerful reflection practice and a soul-nourishing sharing circle.
NB: please bring a notebook and pen.
Hannah is a Yoga Teacher and certified Transformational Coach, specialising in guiding bright and ambitious people to find more joy, balance and fulfilment in their lives. She loves using breathwork, meditation and asana to help ground her clients so that they can tune into their own inner wisdom and guidance. Due to her own journey towards self-compassion, she loves nothing more than providing supportive and empathetic spaces in which people can practise self-love and flourish.
What to bring;
Due to Covid-19 we kindly ask that you bring along your own yoga mat and blanket and any other items you wish to bring to allow yourself to get super comfy during your sound savasana. Eg; eye pillow, cushion for your head, cosy socks for your feet.
