Ashlyn's yoga classes are challenging yet nurturing where she believes that the power of essential oils can play a huge impact on mind, body and spirit.
So depending on the type of class, mood or time of day you will be subjected to essential oils whether through being dispersed lightly into the room through a diffuser or lightly applied through a soothing savasana.
Ashlyn is forever greatful for her teachers; Erin Prichard, Stewart Gilchrist and Jamie & Dulce from The Yoga People with whom she is currently finishing her 500hrs of YTT with.
Anna has been practising Iyengar Yoga for over a decade, having had an interest in yoga since her early twenties. Iyengar Yoga was her homecoming in terms of a regular yoga practice and believes it is best described by BKS Iyengar himself in his book “Light on Yoga”.
“Is a form of yoga as exercise that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). Strength, mobility and stability are gained through the asanas.”
The standards for Iyengar Yoga teacher training and assessments are high and ongoing. We are continuous students looking to develop and evolve our practice. I have been extremely blessed with an amazing teacher – Lin Craddock – so when teaching myself, do my best to pass on what knowledge I have, to enhance the Iyengar Yoga experience of others.
Lucy is a registered Osteopath with post-grad certification in Pilates and 200hrYTT. She teaches Yogalates which is a joyful blend of Asanas and Pilates which works the whole body in one class. Lucy also practices Osteopathy and teaches Private Pilates & Yoga. Lucy has been working in the NHS and private practice for over 10years, so brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Lucy will work together with you to reduce pain, improve mobility and teach correct alignment, firing patterns and technique. Lucy is also the co-founder of local start-up, Incredible Bodies - experts in body transformations.
Mindfulness for Adults & Teens, Mindful Yoga
Kelly is a passionate Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga Teacher. Kelly is also a secondary school teacher, where she teaches teenagers the art of mindfulness, to allow them to connect to themselves and have space to flourish.
Kelly aims to support you to build a personalised toolbox of Mindful management techniques that you can use in your everyday life. Through the use of breathing techniques (Pranayama), self inquiry and physical movement, so you can find ways to connect back to your true self from a place of calm.
As a result, feeling more grounded and connected with yourself and the world allowing yourself to flourish and grow.
Women's Circles & Meditation workshops
Lauren Barber brings a combination of grounded, intuitive flowing movement, synchronicity with breathe and gentle, yet powerful meditative practices to her classes. The result is a practice which strengthens, supples, relaxes, replenishes and reconnects the mind, body and soul. Having begun her teaching journey in 2016, Lauren has subsequently trained as a Meditation Teacher with The British School of Meditation, as a Yoga Nidra Guide with Tanis Fishman and as a Well Woman Yoga Teacher with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and her journey is far from complete. Her classes give you a chance to unwind and move with intention while also bringing in a playful and awakening element.
Haha Flow & Basic Elements
Jen completed her training in California. Her passion for yoga comes from a personal place where she wanted to become more aware of her mental wellbeing. Since then she has been sharing her love for yoga and mindfulness through teaching Hatha and by completing her training into becoming a mental health first aider.
Through focusing on breathing and setting intentions Jen will help guide your experience in a positive and healing way.
Her classes allow you to let go of any stresses, to unwind and be present for yourself whilst on the mat. To her, yoga is accessible to all, and there as a tool to help improve your state of mind
Prenatal Yoga, Mummy & Me
Annabel has been practising yoga for over twenty years and is a fully qualified yoga teacher (500hrs). Her passion for yoga turned into a thirst for knowledge and spirituality after she experienced a vast array of yoga styles and retreats on her worldwide travels. In 2005 she embarked on a teacher training course with the Karuna Yoga Centre, led by Ruth White, certified and inspired by B.K.S. Iyengar.
Once pregnant with her first child, Annabel followed the Ayurvedic Gentle Birth Method and modified her practice to continue her yoga at this magical time. Annabel then successfully completed the Pregnancy Yoga teacher training whilst pregnant with her second child and subsequently her Postnatal Teacher Training at Tri Yoga in London. Annabel is grateful to all her teachers and continues to study, more recently drawn to Yin Yoga and Chinese medicine, as well as being influenced by the precision and teachings of Jason Crandell.
Basis Elements, Embody, Restore
Alice has been teaching for the past 6 years and practising yoga since her early twenties. She received her initial level of training with yoga alliance specialising in alignment based teachings from the Iyengar tradition. Since then has also trained in well woman yoga therapy diploma with Uma Dinsmore Tulli, Crystal Sonic Therapy Level 1 and more recently Level 1 & Level 2 SATYA qualification in sensory attunement and somatics with world renowned teacher Tias Little.
Alice offers a unique blend of yoga, guided meditation, breath work and conscious rest. Creating a safe and nurturing space where you will explore your body moving mindfully with sensory awareness, connecting deeper into the subtle body.
Birthing for birth
Charlotte Edun is a Good Birth coach, hypnobirthing teacher, doula & facilitator of the
Positive Birth Movement Sevenoaks. She has been working with parents-to-be since 2014
and is a passionate advocate for providing women with the knowledge, skills and opportunity to enjoy and be enriched by their birth experiences (however those births happen). Charlie
facilitates antenatal classes and; retreats across West Kent.
The foundation of Faye's practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, Faye strive's to promote an understanding of the inter dependency of all these aspects in personal health and well being. Faye believes life is a balance, both physically and mentally too.
Faye also offers Pilates and Barre classes in the Sevenoaks area using her experience as a professional dancer in the West End, and teaching Pilates and Barre in numerous studios across London.
