Hire our space

At Fisical mind & body we have a large studio for hire on the ground floor, along with two therapy rooms available to hire downstairs. We also have a kitchenette with tea making facilities, a calming indoor and outdoor courtyard waiting areas, along with toilet facilities and free street parking.

Studio Hire

Available week days between 11am - 5.30pm.

Fridays, Saturday & Sunday: 11am - 9pm.

Hire includes yoga equipment (Mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, eye pillows), chairs, tea making facilaties in the kitchenette, suround sound system.

£25ph Minimum of a 2hr hire on weekdays & a minimum of a 3hr hire weekends.

Therapy Room 1 Hire

Contains a hydraulic massage bed, ideal for massage/physio/osteopathy.

Contracted hire: Regular 4hr slot(s) £10ph paid monthly by standing order.

Ad-hoc bookings: £15ph (minimum of a 2hr hire)

Therapy Room 2 Hire

Contains a massage bed perfect for therapies but can also be collapsed making the room ideal for; private yoga, pilates, meditation offerings.

Contracted hire: Regular 4hr slot(s) £10ph paid monthly by standing order.

Ad-hoc bookings: £15ph (minimum of a 2hr hire)
