Cancellations​ 

​

We offer a 12 hour cancellation policy for yoga classes should you realise you're unable to attend and 24 hour cancellation policy for private sessions and holistic therapy bookings. This can be done by logging in to your account or by email to hello@fisicalmindandbody.com. Please note this cancellation policy also stands for Online Classes.

​

If you do not cancel 12 hours prior to your yoga class or 24 hours before your private session or therapy booking, your class credit/payment will still be taken, unless someone else can fill your spot (and only then, there are no exceptions).

​

Events: Please note we do not offer refunds for events, unless someone can fill your spot. Please be sure you can make an event before booking.
