We hope our frequently asked questions helps answer any questions you may have. For any further questions please feel free to email us at: hello@fisicalmindanbody.com

How to book a class

Please book online when booking a class. You are welcome to drop in to the studio without booking should you have attended the studio before. However, we strongly advise that you book online to ensure you have a space should the class be full and also allows you to check that the class is on. Click here to be directed to the booking page.

How to cancel

Class bookings can be cancelled up to 6 hours before a class, with 1:1 bookings and massages requiring 24 hours notice. You can cancel your booking by logging in to your account, cancelling by clicking on your booking confirmation email or emailing hello@fisicalmindandbody.com. Bookings missed without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.

What to bring and wear

If you have your own yoga mat, we encourage you to bring it along. However, if you don't we have plenty spare, along with lots of yoga props available for you to use at your class. Be sure to come along in comfy clothing.

We do not have changing rooms, but we do have a toilet where you can have a quick change from if coming from work.

We also have water and herbal tea in reception should you need a drink.

Where is the entrance & parking

The entrance to the studio is on Holly Bush Lane, situated in between 31a and 31b which is opposite Chic et Tralala. There is free parking for up to 2 hours Monday-Friday before 6pm and free unlimited parking after 6pm and during the weekends. This can be found in designated street parking bays on Holly Bush Lane, Dartford Road, Mount Harry Road as well as the surrounding roads around the studio. Please be respectful of our neighbours and only park in the dedicated parking bays.

When should you arrive

We advise you arrive 10 minutes before your class if you are new to ensure you are comfortable with your surroundings and the location. We recommend returning students to arrive no later than 5 minutes before a class is due to start as the door will be locked once a class has started, where late comers will not be allowed in due to health and safety.

Which classes are for beginners

Basic Elements is the main class for beginners. However, Gentle Flow, Yin & Gentle Flow, Iyengar Yoga, Grounding flow & Restore are suitable for beginners.

Hatha Flow is an all level class with intermediate options offered during the practice.

Vinyasa Flow is the only class suitable for those with a regular practice.
