Reflexology with Sue
Sue is an Reflexologist and Reiki Master practitioner who has been practicing since 2015. With a special focus on women’s health and well-being, particularly during the menopause. In addition, Sue is a qualified Positive Psychology Life Coach and a member of the Plant Based Health Professionals UK, with Diplomas in Wholefood Plant Based Nutrition and Lifestyle from Winchester University and Cornell University.

Reflexology is a complimentary therapy that brings together the power of touch and relaxation. It feels wonderful to receive and is effective at promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing, and therefore may help with symptoms of menopause, such as poor sleep, feeling stressed, low energy and more. Reflexology is based on the theory that different areas of the body, including the organs, nervous system, endocrine and musculoskeletal systems, are connected and mapped out to specific areas on the feet. (also hands and face). 'Reflexology 'points' are worked, using different techniques, to balance energy in those areas. It can be used alongside conventional medicine.

Sue's approach combines depth of knowledge with thoughtful touches that make each session uniquely restorative. Guests are welcomed with calming herbal tea before settling into treatment. A soothing foot wash followed by a short guided body scan to help you fully relax and let go. From there, Sue tailors her reflexology to your needs - always holding space for both body and mind.
At the end of your treatment you will be given personalised reflex points to use on your hands at home, along with relaxation techniques.
For those seeking deeper healing, Sue will be offering the opportunity to book a combined Reflexology & Reiki session from the end of June.

Sue is available on Fridays as well as one Saturday a month at Fisical

Reflexology & Reiki Healing
This combined treatment weaves together the grounding benefits of reflexology with the energetic balancing of Reiki. Reflexology is given first, easing tension and supporting the body physically. After this, there is a short pause where you are invited to enjoy a soothing herbal tea while Lydia prepares the space.
The second half of the session flows into Reiki healing. Through gentle, hands-on energy work, Reiki helps to clear energetic blockages, align the chakras, and restore balance across body, mind, and spirit. These shifts can be deeply restorative, working on both a physical and energetic level to encourage lasting harmony.
This treatment is kind, nurturing, and designed to support both relaxation and transformation.

Available to book with Sue end of June.
