Ashlyn has been a holistic therapist since 2012, drawing on a wealth of experience in sports massage, deep tissue and remedial massage, as well as myofascial release. Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to ease discomfort, restore balance, and offer a deeply therapeutic, meditative experience.

 

Alongside massage, Ashlyn is a Reiki Master & Crystal Healer, where she integrates Reiki and crystal healing to support emotional release and energetic harmony. She also specialises in pregnancy massage, a passion of hers, offering safe, nurturing treatments from 12 weeks through to birth.
