Yoga and Gong bath - Sunday 24th June

 

10.20am: Arrival, find your mat, enjoy a ginger shot and meet your fellow yogi's.

10.30am: An energetic vinyasa flow practice; a dynamic flow where you will be connecting your breath with your movement. A challenging yet nurturing flow to start the day off.

12pm: Yummy lunch catered by Pollen & Grace (veggie and vegan options available) along with tasty treats and plenty of refreshments. Followed by free time to enjoy the gardens or book a treatment with onsite therapist, teas and snacks will be available.

 

12.15pm: Bookings for 15 minute Reflexology or Shiatsu treatments with onsite therapists. Treatments are £10 (To make a booking email: info@ashlynmassageandyoga.co.uk there are only limited spaces available so book early should you like a treatment.

 

1pm:Gentle hatha flow to get the body moving before preparing for the gong bath.

 

2pm: Gong Bath with Annabelle where she will transport you with the vibrations of the gongs into a deep meditative state, leaving you feeling deeply rested, rejuvenated and soothed. where I will come by with my yoga rollerballs to gentle rub some soothing oil to your neck, temples and forehead.

Mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters will all be provided for the ultimate relaxing restorative class.

Ending with goodie bags filled with treats!

Location: The Herons Centre

Time: 10.20am-3pm (Please do not arrive before 10.20am as we will be still setting up)

Price: £60 - includes; lunch, snacks, drinks and goodie bags. Treatments are £10 paid directly to therapist
