Join Alice Rose for a Crystal Sound Bath, as we lay down and receive the healing and transformative sounds of the alchemy crystal bowls.  

 

The bowls create an environment of exploration, healing and transformation. Through their crystalline soundscapes we have the opportunity to commune and attune the soul. Give your self the gift of deep relaxation and transformative healing.

The session will begin with a soul-led meditation to ground and arrive, followed with gentle mindful movement to stretch and prepare the body for the soothing journey of sound meditation.

Yoga mat

A cosy blanket (optional pillow and eye pillow)

Cosy socks
