A Sound Ceremony for the Autumn Equinox

Join us for a special seasonal edition of our much-loved Sunday Sound Bath, a deeply soothing and sensory experience led by Hayley at the studio. This equinox gathering is more than a sound bath - it’s a ceremonial sound journey to honor the balance of light and dark, the turning of the seasons, and the natural rhythm of release and renewal.

Over the course of the 90 serene minutes, Hayley will guide you through a nourishing sound journey using carefully curated blend of harmonic and melodic instruments, gentle music, and other multi-sensory elements designed to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system.

In this space of stillness, your body's natural healing processes are gently reawakened. You may experience benefits such as;

What to bring

Please wear comfy clothing. We will have; mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows available, but please feel free to bring any other cosy items for this restful sound healing.
