As the year begins to wind down and the festive season starts to sparkle, we’re opening the studio doors once again for our Fisical & Friends Christmas Market - a morning to move, browse, and gather in festive calm before the December rush.

This morning is a celebration of community, creativity, and connection - a chance to move, browse, and slow down before the December rush.

Fisical & Friends brings together my Fisical aromatherapy products - lovingly reimagined, refined and returning after a little pause. Alongside some of my favourite local makers and independents. You’ll find an inspiring collection of handmade treasures: candles, crystals, jewellery, cards, incense, yoga prints, eye pillows, and a few surprises too, all crafted with care right here in Sevenoaks.

There’ll be mini tarot readings, exclusive discounts, and three special classes running through the morning, so you can choose to flow, restore, or simply drop in and soak up the festive energy.

 The Schedule

8:45am — Vibrant Vinyasa with Ashlyn (Intermediate)

A dynamic, breath-led practice designed to move energy and awaken vitality. Expect fluid transitions, playful arm balances and moments of stillness within movement - the calm amidst the storm.

10:00am — Chakra Flow with Terence (All Levels)

A smooth, flowing sequence to restore balance through movement, breath and intention. This special blend of vinyasa and restorative yin invites you to reconnect with the body’s subtle energy and leave feeling grounded, open, and renewed.

11:10am — Flow & Sound with Lauren (All Levels)

A soothing fusion of somatic yoga and sound healing. Gentle, fluid movement meets calming sound frequencies to release tension, ease the nervous system, and create space for deep rest and reset.

Held from one of our cosy downstairs therapy rooms, connect with your higher self, guides, angels and those you seek for guidance through the tarot. Throughout the morning, the studio will be filled with the scent of essential oils, the hum of quiet conversation, and the sparkle of handmade gifts; a warm, sensory space to gather and celebrate the season.

Gift vouchers and special offers will be available on the day, along with the return of our Fisical aromatherapy range; a collection that began at the heart of this studio and has now evolved into something even more beautiful, from packaging to product.
