Flow & Glow: Pilates & Skincare

Join us for Flow & Glow, a special afternoon of self-care, Pilates, and skincare. 

Take some time for yourself to reset, recharge, and leave feeling refreshed from the inside out.

What to expect:

The afternoon begins with an energising Pilates class led by Olivia Newstead, designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and revitalised. Olivia’s sessions are suitable for all levels, so whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular, you’ll feel supported and challenged in the best way.

This will be followed by a hands-on skincare experience with Verde London’s handmade natural products. You’ll have the opportunity to sample their Palma Rosa Face Wash and Hydrating Serum, allowing you to feel the nourishing benefits firsthand with your own mini station with bowls and flannels provided. Then, in a live facial demonstration, discover how the lymphatic drainage technique can detoxify the skin, reduce puffiness, and improve overall skin tone.
