Join Hayley for an extra special event, focused on cultivating love for yourself and those around you. 

You’ll be greeted with a ‘Love’ herbal tea blend on arrival, and gifted with a rose quartz crystal to use during the event, which is yours to keep. 

As you settle into the space, filled with ambient lighting and calming incense, a short mindful-meditation practise will gently guide your focus inward, before you tune into the frequency of the heart with some vocal toning.

Hayley will then take you on a beautiful acoustic journey using a range of instruments and carefully selected music, where the mind and nervous system can rest without interruption.

Gentle hands-on healing and high vibrational chimes played over the heart, will bring the sound bath to a close.

The space will then be open for you to 

- enjoy some home-made vegan chocolates and more tea

- draw an oracle card

- play any instruments you feel drawn to

- find out who wins a complimentary place at one of Hayley’s future sound baths at Fisical!

What to bring

Please wear comfy clothing. We will have; mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows available, but please feel free to bring any other cosy items for this restful sound healing.
