Heart Resonance Sound Bath with Live Harpist

Come as you are. Get cosy under a blanket, and let sound carry you into stillness, connection, and heart-centered harmony.

Combined with intention, we will explore the heart as a bridge between body and spirit, self and other, giving and receiving. This is an invitation to release old armour, melt into presence, and relax into the vibration of loving-kindness.

Guided by the angelic tones of a the harp, woven with the grounding yet expansive tones of the crystal singing bowls, Monolini and more, this immersive experience will bring you back home to yourself.

Whether you come solo, with a friend, or alongside a loved one, this experience is a celebration of love in all its forms.

Each guest will receive an energy cleanse and a crystal gift on arrival.

A heart-warming herbal tea and Hayley’s homemade chocolates will also be served at the end, leaving no sense untouched.

Gentle hands-on healing and high vibrational chimes played over the heart, will bring the sound bath to a close.

What to bring

Please wear comfy clothing. We will have; mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows available, but please feel free to bring any other cosy items for this restful sound healing.
