Lunar Sisterhood Women's Circle

A space for us to gather, move, learn, share, laugh, rest - to BE. There will be the opportunity to share, to move together with a practice inspired by Yin and Vinyasa Yoga and to rest deeply, supported by sound from various instruments including drum, rattle and Crystal Tones singing bowls.

Somehow when we gather in a circle together something bigger than us all swoops in to hold and carry us like a murmuration of star-lings to a space where dreams begin to open more fully into our reality, where the seemingly unknowable parts of ourselves can be encountered, where we can relax more deeply into the fullness of our being.

The beautiful space we inhabit when gathering together is astonishing and humbling. Something mysterious invites us into the depth of what it is to be alive and some how there is a synergy that always brings the right people into the space.

We welcome anyone identifying as non-binary or female.

Please note it is not recommended to bathe in the vibration from crystal singing bowls if you experience epileptic fits, have metal plates recently fitted or are in your first or third trimester of pregnancy. If any of these apply to you and you wish to attend please contact us first.

What to bring

Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) & any items to create a cosy savasana, such as; a blanket, eye pillow, socks.
