Join Lauren for a transformative afternoon where we will reflect on the past year and harness the power of manifestation to create our desired future!

• Meditation: Immerse yourself in a guided meditation that aligns your spirit with the new year's energy, facilitating deep reflection and the clarity needed for setting powerful intentions.

  
  

• Journaling Workshop: Delve into a creative journaling session where you’ll write letters to your past self, expressing gratitude for lessons learned, and letters to your future self, articulating your dreams and aspirations for the new year.

  
  

• Sound Healing Ceremony: Experience a deeply restorative sound healing session, using the vibrational frequencies of singing bowls and other instruments to open your heart and align your energy for manifestation.

With warming herbal teas and dark chocolate treats to gently guide you back.

What to bring

Please come in comfy clothing and cosy socks. We will have mats, blankets, eye pillows and all the yoga props here ready for you.
