Mindful Mini's Workshop

Are you looking for a special bonding experience with your child while also nurturing their emotional well-being? 

Our meditation teacher Janine from The Mindfulness Collection invites you to our upcoming workshop, , where parents and children ages 6-11 can come together for an hour of fun, learning, and mindfulness.Mindful Minis

Spaces are limited, so secure your spot today for just £45. (Please note: Each Child/Parent Pair requires only one booking, and we accept one child to  each parent to ensure a special bonding experience for each of our minis).

Discover  the simplicity of mindfulness in everyday moments, learn calming  breathing techniques, and explore effective emotion management  strategies  for children. Engage in child-friendly meditation, leaving you both  relaxed and rejuvenated.

And to sweeten the experience, each child will receive a delightful cup of hot chocolate while parents  indulge in ceremonial-grade cacao at the start of the workshop.

What to bring

Please wear comfy clothing. We will have; mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows available, but please feel free to bring any other cosy items for this restful sound healing.
