What to bring

Please bring a yoga mat & an optional blanket for a cosy savasana.  Please bare in mind that we are practicing outdoors and the ground may be a little uneven in areas.

Please note

Tickets cannot be refunded once booked. Please check you can make the time & date before booking. In the event of rainfall the class will be cancelled and tickets refunded, however the event will not be cancelled if there is light rain, so please dress appropriately for the class.
