Move & Mingle: Postnatal Pilates with TMC Sevenoaks

The Mum Club Sevenaoks are coming to Fisical for an extra special event. Join us for a Postnatal pilates class alongside your pre-moving babies and other local mums!

What to expect

• Postnatal Pilates (suitable for all levels) this class is open from 6 weeks post-partum or 8 weeks for those following a c-section.

• During Relaxation, Ashlyn (Holistic Massage Therapist) will be offering a gentle head and neck massage using soothing aromatherapy women's well-being blend to help soften tension and bring a moment of calm

• 1 X Drink

• A photographer taking candid shops

• New local friends

• Food (Dietary requirements catered for)

• A small play area sponored by Lovevery

A photographer will be at this event to capture the morning for marketing purposes. If you would rather your/or your childs image not to be taken please inform the host on arrival.

What to bring

Baby mats are provided so your little one can lie beside you and play/kick during the session. We ask that you bring a blanket to lay down on top of the mats plus the appropriate entertainment to keep them busy during the class.
