Join us for one final, beautifully festive Mum & Baby Postnatal Pilates session before the year comes to a close. This is a special extended winter edition of our much-loved class; designed to celebrate you, your baby, and our lovely community.

Whether you’ve been coming regularly or joined us earlier in the year, you are warmly invited to this cosy end-of-year gathering.

• 45-minute Postnatal Pilates class led by Olivia

This session is all about slowing down, celebrating the season, and enjoying some special time together in a warm, relaxed studio space.

Important Personalisation Information

To receive a personalised ornament with your baby’s name, you must book by: Wednesday 3rd December

Bookings made after this date will still receive a beautiful handmade tree ornament, but it will not include your baby’s name.

This class is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling (or 8 weeks if you had a c-sec delivery). Feel free to feed, nurse and cuddle your baby comfortably at any time during the class, join our supportive community and connect with other parents.
