New Year Yin & Yoga Nidra

Join Ashlyn for an opportunity to explore the slow and introspective yin nature of winter through restorative floor based poses to balance the nervous system. Followed by setting special intentions for 2024 and integrating them deeply with a profoundly soothing yoga nidra practice, a guided meditation also known as "yogic sleep" to promote deep rest and relaxation.
