About the event
Sometimes we all carry more than we realise - whether it's the pae of daily life, mental clutter, physical tension, or simply the accumulation of everyday experiences.
This 2-hour workshop offers a space to release, reset, and return to yourself through somatic movement, sound healing, and deep relaxation.
These gentle practices help you unwind, restore balance, and cultivate a greater sense of ease and wellbeing in both body and mind.
What are somatics?
Somatics is the practice of tuning into the felt experience of the body - becoming more aware of how stress and emotions show up in the body. By using movement, breath, and mindfulness, somatic techniques help you release physical tension, calm the nervous ystem, and build resilience to stress.
In this workshop, you'll learn simple somatic exercises to help your body and mind reset and restore balance.
What you'll experience
Somatic Movement: Gentle, intentional movements to release tension and help your body feel grounded and safe. These movements help shift your body's stress response and build emotional resilience.
Sound Healing Ceremony: Calming sound frequencies designed to relax your nervous system, clear energy blockages, and help you feel more at ease.
Deep Relaxation: Restful stretches and mindful practices that activate your body's natural relaxation response, allowing you to let go of tension and feel restored.
Who is it for?
This workshop is for anyone wanting to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the benefits of nervous system regulation in a supportive environment. Whether you're curious about somatics, looking to deepen your wellbeing practices, or simply wanting to carve out time to rest and recharge, you're welcome. No previous experience is required.

Please come in comfy clothing and cosy socks. We will have mats, blankets, eye pillows and all the yoga props here ready for you.
