An indulgent 90 minute practice; Bringing together; the uplifting fluid movement from an awakening Vinyasa flow, to moving through soothing restorative poses to open and close the class. 

With intention setting and optional oracle card pulling, alongside nourishing treats and herbal teas. Creating the perfect Sunday morning Sanctuary to reset and reenergise for a new week and month ahead.
