Welcome to a deeply nourishing morning filled with ritual and intention.

Start your Sunday morning calm and centred so you may enter your week in the direction you would like it to unfold. Our December Sacred Sunday will be a beautiful opportunity to reflect on the year we have had a release whatever we do not want to take with us into the New Year.

This practice will allow us to bring together; the uplifting fluid movement from an awakening *Vinyasa flow, to moving through soothing restorative poses to open and close the class.

With intention setting and optional oracle card pulling, alongside nourishing treats and herbal teas. Creating the perfect Sunday morning Sanctuary to reset and reenergise for a new week ahead.
