Sacred Sunday Morning - Yoga & Cacao

Join us for a heart-opening morning as we begin to welcome the beginng of Summer's call. An invitation to embrace the lighter side of life — the joy,  playfulness, and gratitude that emerges in the warmth of the sun’s embrace.

This practice will allow us to bring together; a gentle awakening *Vinyasa flow, to moving through soothing restorative poses to open and close the class to offer balance and stability.

Supported by Ceremonial Cacao with oat milk for a gentler slow release of cacao's energy, alongside intention setting and optional oracle card pulling. Creating the perfect Sunday morning Sanctuary to reset and reenergise for a new week ahead.
