Sacred Sunday - New Moon Ceremony

Welcome to a deeply nourishing afternoon filled with ritual, intention and space to tune inwards with the darkness of the New Moon. 

When the Moon is new the Earth, Moon and Sun are aligned and the sky is at its darkest. A New Moon is a symbol of new beginnings, a time to go within yourself, to review and refocus. A time to gather yourself, to reflect on the month that has passed and on what you now want to manifest and embrace into your life.

As we open the sacred space with breath-work and intention setting we will be journeying through an embodied yoga practice filled with fluid and intuative movement creating space to tune inwards through a guided meditation.

With intention setting and optional oracle card pulling, alongside nourishing treats and herbal teas. Creating the perfect Sunday afternoon Sanctuary to reset and reenergise for a new lunar cycle.
