Sacred Sunday - Yoga, Reiki & Crystal Healing

Welcome to a deeply nourishing morning filled with ritual and intention.

Join Ashlyn for a Sacred Sunday Morning; a beautiful opportunity to take a pause - to disconnect from the external world and explore our internal landscape and tend to our hearts and give space to listen to our inner wisdom.

You will be guided through breath-work and an Embodied Yoga practice to shift stuck and sleepy energy, alongside soothing restorative poses to allow us to find comfort within the pauses. Before being guided through a crystal healing meditation to deepen our meditation experience to rebalance our enegy and amplify any intentions we may wish to set from the crystal energy. During the stillness of meditation Ashlyn will be offering Reiki alongside the gentle touch of aromatherapy to allow you to drop deeper and receive further nourishment as you rest.

This practice will be supported by crystal healing energy. Crystals will be provided, however you are very welcome and encouraged to bring along a crystal of you own so that you may continue to work with your crystal and truly experience its powerful energy and how it can assit you - crystals love to be given a purpose and love to be given a job! You will also be guided on how to cleanse and charge your crystals from home. Where you will be gifted your own cleansing bundle to take home.

With optional oracle card pulling, alongside nourishing treats and herbal teas. Creating the perfect Sunday morning Sanctuary to reset and reenergise for a new week ahead.
