Sound Bath & Chakra Healing with Crystal gift

Join Hayley for an extra-special event focused on activating your third eye; the seat of intuition and higher knowledge. 

You will be welcomed with a herbal tea, and gifted with a sodalite crystal to use during the event, which is yours to keep. 

As you settle into the space, filled with ambient lighting and calming incense and a short mindful-meditation practise.

Then it’s time to lay down and get cosy under your blanket. Hayley will then guide you into a blissful meditative state using a wide range of harmonic and melodic instruments, along with some carefully selected music. She will also be offering third-eye activation with the help of a tuning fork placed between the brows, as well as some hands-on healing before bringing the sound bath to a close with high vibrational chimes.

Her much-loved, home-made raw, vegan cacao chocolates will be served at the end, whilst you have the opportunity to pull an oracle card and play any instruments you feel drawn to.

What to bring

Please wear comfy clothing. We will have; mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows available, but please feel free to bring any other cosy items for this restful sound healing.
