Sound Bath & Chakra Healing with Crystal gift

Join Hayley for an extra-special sound bath, focused on rebalancing your sacral chakra. 

You will be welcomed as always with a heartful hug, along with a herbal tea and a carnelian crystal to use during the event, which is yours to keep. 

A short mindful-meditation practise involving breath-work and positive affirmations, will help cultivate a deep connection to your mind, body and spirit. 

Hayley will then guide you into blissful meditative state using a wide range of instruments along with some carefully selected music that’s designed to take you on, not just an acoustic journey, but an inward journey as well. 

You’ll then receive some hands-on healing before the sound bath is brought to a close with high vibrational chimes.

Hayley’s much-loved, home-made vegan cacao chocolates will be served at the end, whilst you have the opportunity to draw an oracle card and play any instruments you feel drawn to. 

This multi-sensory and deeply immersive experience is not to missed.

What to bring

Please wear comfy clothing. We will have; mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows available, but please feel free to bring any other cosy items for this restful sound healing.
