Ostara (Spring Equinox) marks the moment when day and night become equal in length and is astrologically the start of Spring. In Celtic folklore this is when Ostara, the fire goddess comes to light, rising with the sun from the east, everything she touches springs back to life and the land turns back to being a lush fertile green. Experience the magic of Ostara, balance and the uplifting, renewing energy of Spring.

This practice will allow us to bring together; a Yin Yang blend of a vinyasa (Yang) and soothing restorative poses (Yin) to offer balance and stability. Just as nature enters a cycle of growth and expansion in spring, so does the energy within us. With Reiki healing offered during meditation alongside the gentle touch of aromatherapy blends. Embrace the opportunity to shed old unwanted layers and make a conscious choice to begin again.

Supported by a Spring Meadow herbal tea blended by a local medicinal herbalist representing the new light, new life and new beginnings to open with ritual and intention setting.
