Summer Solstice Sound Bath - A celebration in Nature

Join Hayley for a very special edition of our monthly sound bath, held in honour of the Summer Solstice – a time of light, reflection, and renewal.

This immersive experience will take place on Friday evening, 20th June, in the soft embrace of nature, just a short stroll from our yoga and wellness studio. We’ll gather in a private field, surrounded by lush trees and the gentle soundtrack of birdsong —a peaceful sanctuary where you can fully connect with the earth and the energy of the season.

The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year and the height of the sun’s power. Spiritually, it’s a time for inner expansion, illumination, and honouring the light within ourselves and the natural world. As we welcome the turning point of the year, this evening offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, and receive.

Through a deeply restorative outdoor sound bath, you’ll be gently guided into a space of stillness and surrender.

Using a wide range of harmonic and melodic instruments  along with some carefully selected music and other multi-sensory  elements, Hayley will guide you into a deeply relaxed state. 

Here, your  mind and nervous system can rest without interruption, which in turn activates the body’s internal healing mechanisms.

Sound  therapy offers many benefits during and beyond the event itself,  including improved sleep, clearer thinking, reduced anxiety, restored  energy levels and emotional re-balancing.

Let yourself be held by the sounds, the earth beneath you, and the sky above as we gather in community to honour this sacred turning of the wheel.

What to bring

Bring something cosy to lie on such as a yoga mat, and perhaps a blanket or pillow to help you fully relax into the experience.

Tickets cannot be refunded once booked. Please check you can make the time & date before booking. 

In the event of bad weather, the sound bath will still go ahead - we'll simply head indoors to the studio, just a short walk away.

This is a monthly offering where class passes can be used for this sound session (2hrs of credit). However, this still falls under a "Event" where once booked refunds cannot be made.
