Sunday Sound Bath

Collectively  bathe in the therapeutic sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes  and other magical instruments. 

After preparing the body with gentle  stretches and conscious breath-work, allow yourself to completely switch off, let go and surrender.

Invite these harmonious vibratory  frequencies to lull you into a deep relaxation, at which point your body can facilitate healing on a cellular level.

We welcome you to an evening of deep rest at the studio with warm herbal tea awaiting you upon arrivial and some dark chocolate to enjoy at the end to gently guide you back.

What to bring

Please wear comfy clothing. We will have; mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows available, but please feel free to bring any other cosy items for this restful sound healing.

This is a monthly offering where class passes can be used for this sound session (90minutes of credit). However, this still fulls under a "Event" where once booked refunds cannot be made.
