Winter Solstice Sound Bath

Winter solstice marks the longest night and shortest day of the year, a time of hibernation and healing.

With this Winter Solstice Sound Bath you are invited to find deep restorative rest, to draw back from the act of doing at this busy festive season and journey into the embodiment of being - we will find stillness, connection and grounding through breath and sound. Sound provides you with permission to pause and turn inward, tapping into your own innate healing potential.

This special Winter Solstice offering will be held under a starry night sky (light projector) with warmed spiced apple juice created with seasonal herbs and spices to enjoy before and/or after.

What to bring

Please wear comfy clothing. We will have blankets, and cushions available, but please feel free to bring any other cosy items for this restful sound healing.
