Winter Solstice Sound Bath with live Harpist

Join us for a deeply restorative Winter Solstice Sound Bath - our final and most magical sound bath of the year.

In a rare and beautiful collaboration, Hayley’s sound journey will be interwoven with music from a guest harpist, whose ethereal tones will swirl through the space. The harp’s resonance - soothing, spacious, and celestial - adds a layer of harmony that feels especially aligned with the energy of the solstice and Christmas.

In this space of deep rest and resonance, your body’s natural healing processes are gently reawakened. Benefits include:

Herbal Tea & Chocolate

After the sound bath we’ll be serving a special seasonal blend of warming, aromatic herbal tea created by local herbalist Anita Ralph (a practicing herbalist for over 20 years), which pairs perfectly with Hayley’s heart-opening, home-made cacao chocolates.

Limited spaces, this sound bath will be a lot smaller and more intimate than usual due to having to create spaces for the live harpist.

What to bring

Please wear comfy clothing. We will have; mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows available, but please feel free to bring any other cosy items for this restful sound healing.
