Yin & Sound Bath

Jen and Lizzy welcome you to 2 hours of deep rest. 

There will be gentle breathing practices, slow mindful movements and a magical soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes. 

This is a chance to release your stresses, to soften your tensions and connect within. As you allow your body to melt into dreamy stretches, the soothing sounds will lull you into deeper states of consciousness inspiring healing and restoration

What to bring

Please bring a yoga mat & any items to create a cosy savasana, such as; a blanket, eye pillow, socks.
