Summer of online classes

Whether you're traveling, juggling family life, or simply taking a break from your regular classes, we're so glad you're here. These recordings are designed to help you stay connected to your practice in a way that's flexible and easy to fit in around a busy summer.

Package options

We've put together a special bundle of online recordings so you can keep moving and practicing wherever you are this August.

Yoga (with Ashlyn):

  • 1 x 12 minute flow

  • 2 x 30 minute flow

Pilates (with Olivia)

  • 2 x 10 minute flow

  • 2 x 20 minute flow

Two options to choose from:

  • Recordings only - £20

  • Recordings + 4 x weekly yoga flow (emailed Sundays in August starting 10th Aug) - £30

Each Sunday evening, receive a fresh 20-30 minute class straight to your inbox to support you week by week.

Bonus: Mini Meditations included

You will also receive three calming meditation audios (approx. 6 minutes each).

Package 1 - Recordings only

Yoga

  • Just Flow | 12 minute escape

A short and satisfying 12- minute vinyasa flow.

  • Unwind & Ground | 30 minute gentle rest

Designed to help you gently reset. (A pillow wrapped in a blanket can act as a substitute to a bolster).

  • Move like water | 30 minute flow

A fluid practice inviting you to move with ease and grace.

Pilates

  • Slow & Controlled | 10 minute flow

Controlled movement that builds deep strength.

 

  • Prop Free flow | 10 minute flow

A go-to when you're short on time but still want to move with purpose.

  • Pilates Band class | 20 minute flow

A dressing gown robe can work well as a substitute to a strap.

  • Pilates Ball class | 20 minute flow

A pillow can work well as a substitue to a ball
