Yoga and Nutrition - Sunday 29th April
10.20am: Arrival, find your mat, enjoy a ginger shot and meet your fellow yogi's.

10.30am: An energetic vinyasa flow practice; a dynamic flow where you will be connecting your breath with your movement. A challenging yet nurturing flow to start the day off.

12pm: Yummy lunch catered by Pollen & Grace (veggie and vegan options available) along with tasty treats and plenty of refreshments. Followed by free time to enjoy the gardens or book a treatment with onsite therapist, teas and snacks will be available.
12.15pm: Bookings for 15 minute Reflexology treatments with onsite therapist Treatments are Β£10 (To make a booking email: there are only limited spaces available so book early should you like a treatment.
1pm: Nutrition talk with with nutritional and naturopathic health coach Hannah Carr from nourishedbody.co.uk. Hannah will be talking about energy and productivity boosting foods, combining how the sattvic/yogic diet can keep your mind happy and at peace.

2.pm: Closing with a restorative yoga practice, ending in a soothing savasana with the use of bolsters and blankets where I will come by with my yoga rollerballs to gently rub some soothing oil to your neck, temples and forehead.

Mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters will all be provided for the ultimate relaxing restorative class.

Ending with goodie bags filled with treats!
