The Power of Essential Oils - Sunday 9th April
10am: Arrival, find your mat, enjoy a ginger shot and meet your fellow yogi's.
10.15am: An energetic vinyasa flow practice; a dynamic flow where you will be connecting your breath with your movement. A challenging yet nurturing flow to start the day off.
11.45am: Yummy lunch catered by Pollen & Grace (veggie and vegan options available) along with tasty treats and plenty of refreshments.
12.30pm: Teas and optional walk through the grounds woodlands or enjoy the rose gardens or book a 15min reflexology appointment with on site therapist. (To make a booking email: firstname.lastname@example.org there are only limited spaces available so book early should you like a treatment.
1.15pm: We will be going over the power of essential oils and benefits and properties they provide within yoga, exercise and daily life. Where you will be able to try/smell and enjoy the benefits of the Fisical oils, with a chance to purchase any blended oils/rollerballs/bathsalts/body oils/sprays at the end of the day.
2pm: Gentle hatha flow, unwinding further with some soothing yin stretches. Ending with a delicious savasana where I will come by with my yoga rollerballs to gentle rub some soothing oil to your neck, temples and forehead.
Mats will be provided, however you are more than welcome to bring your own. Blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters will all be provided for the ultimate relaxing restorative class.
Ending with goodie bags filled with treats!
