Yoga and Pilates - Sunday 10th September
10am: Arrival, find your mat, enjoy a ginger shot and meet your fellow yogi's.
10.15am: An energetic vinyasa flow practice; a dynamic flow where you will be connecting your breath with your movement. A challenging yet nurturing flow to start the day off.
11.45am: Yummy lunch catered by Pollen & Grace (veggie and vegan options available) along with tasty treats and plenty of refreshments.
12.30pm: Teas and optional walk through the grounds woodlands or enjoy the rose gardens or book a 15min reflexology appointment with on site therapist. (To make a booking email: firstname.lastname@example.org there are only limited spaces available so book early should you like a treatment.
1.15pm: Pilates with my fellow Sweaty Betty ambassador Yusra
2.30pm: Closing with Yin, ending in a soothing savasana with the use of bolsters and blankets where I will come by with my yoga rollerballs to gentle rub some soothing oil to your neck, temples and forehead.
Mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters will all be provided for the ultimate relaxing restorative class.
Ending with goodie bags filled with treats!
